"I have travelled extensively and can confidently say that I have never encountered such poor accommodation. The facilities provided were not fit for use. The bed, towels, bedsheets, duvet, couch, and pillows were all in an unacceptable condition old, worn, unpleasant in appearance, and emitting a very bad odor.
Furthermore, prior to my arrival, it appears the heating and hot water had been turned off remotely, and all the windows were left wide open. As a result, the apartment was freezing cold...

"Located just outside the city centre, not to far from the International Centre and Donapark (for parkrun). Next to a McDonald’s and around 10 mins away walk to the red metro and Westfield shopping centre. The receptionist was nice, the room was basic but very clean. The breakfast was good and varied. Excellent value for money.
