The hotel is new, clean and well maintained. I was skeptical of a room with an open sink in the bedroom but the design was well considered so the water didn’t spray onto other areas of the room and there is a privacy curtain available. I loved the shower, the little window nook and MagSafe charger right by the bed. The room design is bright and cute. I didn’t interact with the staff much as everything is done electronically. One very small gripe would be that I selected daily cleaning upon check...

We enjoyed the interconnecting rooms that we had. Staff responded promptly when we requested to have two single beds in the other room. We enjoyed the coffee/tea making facility that they have at the lobby. The laundry facilities served us well. We felt safe in the area. Kagran metro station and Westfield shopping mall is directly opposite the property.

The staff at this hotel were the best we have ever encountered! Helpful, friendly and always smiling and it was a prayer dealing with them. The food was mediocre. We didn't have breakfast but had a curry there one night. It was hot and cold in places so obviously just microwaved. The salad was good but the dressing was terrible. It's close to everything.... subway, shops, restaurants ... all within a 5 minute walk. The fan in the bathroom definitely needs cleaning!

Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels. Beds were so comfortable! This was our 5th hotel on this trip & we had the best sleep! Breakfast was good with a nice variety & fabulous fresh fruit salad. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around...

The front desk staff seemed busy when we checked in and were a bit rude and short with us which was disappointing. However the hotel is beautiful with great amenities such as gym/sauna and we enjoyed the balcony.

We had a kitchenette and it did come with toaster, and pan for cooktop, plates. Had to go for the next package which was garbage to pay etc for something that come with the room.

Great location right next to the train and tram stops. Super easy check in and a nice room.

The staffs are really good, they are easy to talk to when assistance is needed. The breakfast is very good, all staff are great offer and made good coffee, the chef offer good cooked food👍

Great location near rail station, walking distance to Belvedere palace. Good selections for breakfast. Great authentic local pub two doors away with great meals.

A most enjoyable and comfortable stay. It is abundantly clear that the staff take pride in providing a very high standard of service. They are attentive and personable. The breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend.
