"Started off with the owner meeting us and helping us with our bags. She was always there for breakfast (fresh eggs from their chickens) and anytime we needed her. A wonderful place. Incredible breakfast and service. Theyalso have a wonderful covered porch and the location is awesome especially if you’d like to visit historical areas. We have stayed at various hotels in Lynchburg over the last three years but would come here every single time now that we know about it."

"Great location. Small little quaint town. Very close to Liberty University about 20 - 25 mins. A lot of food chains nearby. I was pleased with my stay. Room was ok, nothing to brag about. No hot breakfast, just some basic things to hold you over. Air condition worked well. Bed was not comfortable. Overall for one night it met my needs. "

"I don’t know if the walls are just super thin or not but you could literally hear everything. We could hear the rooms beside us, just casual talking, toilet flushing, walking, and we could hear every single footstep and doors opening and closing all night long. Room was very small as well. Barely had any room to move around."

"Bathroom had mold and bugs in the drain. Toilet leaked. Extremely dirty. Carpet not vacuumed. No wifi. Caulk cracking, dirt on walls."
