"The parking was easy and secure. The room was clean and the amenities were functional. Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"The room was more than sufficient for my 12-day stay. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable for TV viewing and working on the laptop, and the kitchen was well-appointed for use by one person. The only thing the kitchen was missing was a stove but it had a nice microwave. I appreciated the smaller but full refrigerator with freezer. It was helpful in not needing to go out to eat every night. The housekeeping staff was super nice and helpful, emptying my room trash during my stay. They probably would have done more but I only asked for trash removal. The free breakfast was pretty good! The offerings varied by day and mixed things up nicely. The foods were hot, room temperature, and cold and the coffee/hot water servers were full and hot. The laundry facility was not horrible, not great and allowed me to get what I needed done. I did not use the workout space or the pool. There was sufficient free parking for guests. Overall, the property was clean and quiet. It was located close to shopping, an abundance of a variety of restaurants, and the airport, as well as several colleges and state highways for easy local travel. I would both stay there again and recommend to others, especially for those who need a longer stay. "

"Overall clean common areas and room. But, the bed linens and the room curtains had big, dark stains on them. The breakfast was mediocre with wet, chunky eggs and a messy bar area. The heat blew out cold air. Traffic is really loud as the hotel is situated right between 2 major roads. The blind in the room was also busted and on the ground. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it."

"We had a smiling face greet us at check in. We needed an extra pillow and towels and they promptly got them for us with a smile. The room was extremely clean. There is fresh coffee and hot breakfast each morning We were once again greeted with a smile and asked for feedback good or bad at checkout. If in the area would stay again. "

"We had a great time and would return! Our group loved the house and it was perfect for our chill winter weekend away. We had some issues which took a moment to address but they were apologetic and took care of it quickly after finding someone to help fix the hot tub. Our one complaint is that we did notice that several doors not only do not lock but also do not stay closed which was an issue with 15 people sharing bathrooms. Also the walls are thin! Bring ear plugs!"
