"The facilities itself is a little older and down the street of more of an industrial area. But besides that, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a poolside room and took advantage of the hot tub and the fitness center that’s right in the pool/hot tub area both days. We didn’t use the pool but saw a few that did. It has a simple breakfast. We ended up eating yogurt and granola both days with juice. It also had what looked like egg white patties, sausage, some bread items, yogurt and cereals. The breakfast area was kept very clean. There’s coffee and I believe hot chocolate & tea available in the lobby at all times. We stayed Thursday through Saturday. Friday evening the parking lot was completely full. It was a great price. I have no complaints at all and would recommend staying there if you need a spot while you’re in the Mesa/Gilbert areas"

"This property is such a lovely stat. Right in downtown Mesa but not loud or super busy. Easily within walking distance of restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and confortable. I will definitely stay here again if im in the area."

"There was blood splattered on the ceiling and shower curtain rod over the tub. Tiles around the tub were missing. There was no hairdryer. I was ogled by worker men whenever I went in or out of my room. The mattress was worn & uncomfortable, the a/c unit was dirty and rattled, and the stairwell leading to my room was gross. I got a refund and found another hotel instead."

"We had an excellent stay at Heritage Treasure and would absolutely recommend it to others. Our entire family, consisting of four couples, was able to stay there together for a wedding, and the home accommodated everyone comfortably. The space was one of the biggest highlights. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out, whether relaxing indoors or gathering as a group. The layout made it easy to enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded.Our favorite part was hanging out on the patio with the fan and misters going—you wouldn’t even know it was 95 outside. The outdoor patio was truly a standout feature. It was a great place to unwind, enjoy meals, and spend time together, and it added an extra layer of comfort and versatility to the home.We also appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. Brent took the time to provide a personal orientation when we arrived, which made getting settled in simple and stress-free. On top of that, Catherine followed up with a check-in text the day after we arrived, which was a nice touch and showed genuine care for our stay.Overall, a spacious, well-appointed home with attentive hosts—we’d gladly stay here again."
