"The house was very clean. The host reached out to us when we were to arrive and were very accommodating."

"The location was perfect for the volleyball tournament we were attending at the Convention Center. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and very nice. There were added touches that were great. Really loved the valet parking so I didn't have to find parking for the tournament. They were so accommodating. The only draw back was there wasn't really any place to eat in the hotel the restaurant wasn't able to handle the crowd. "

"The location of this hotel is not ideal. As soon as you get off of the highway, you can see a homeless encampment behind an abandoned building. Hilton has tried to fence around the building but there’s no denying this is a rough neighborhood. Even upon check in you are asked to sign a waiver, waiving theft or damage to your vehicle as not the hotels responsibility. Upon check in, I could hear the smoke alarm going off with a dead battery beep. We checked for bed bugs before decided if we would stay or not. Thankfully the room was pretty clean. The elevator was broken. There was mold on the cinnamon rolls in the morning. I’m fairly certain i witnessed a homeless man walk in and help himself to the breakfast. Our shampoo and body wash were empty and the replacements were plastic cups full. The staff were nice and accommodating. That’s about all the place had going for it. "

"The first room i got checked into was a king and it was ok until i pulled back the sheet and it was multiple blood stains on the sheets so i went to the front desk and he informed me that he had no more kings for rent all he had was doubles so i had to take that so we went to the second room it was ok until i found a Crack pipe on the ptac smh."
