"It was so good we extended our stay! Kristina is a wonderful care taker of the property and is so accommodating. The location is fantastic, small town with amazing restaurants and close to several grocery stores. Views are beautiful and we truly got to relax as the property has everything you need. "We booked this place as part of our trip from Split through Zadar to the National Park. It’s close enough to zadar for an easy visit but yet quietly situated. Our only regret was that we booked one night. This place was great. The ocean view was amazing. The pool looked great, even though we didn’t have time to use it. The apartment was super clean. Communication was excellent. If we are back in this area, I would book this as a longer rest stop to enjoy all it has to offer. "

"Great appartment with an amazing view. The only thing to complain about was the transportation to the city. The only way was by taxi. Pool, service and all was great!"

"The apartment was modern and clean. Perfect central location for the Old town of Zadar. We found it difficult to find where the apartment was as it wasn’t made clear that the reception desk was in a nearby tourist shop. Photos of where to check in would be really helpful."

"Very cute spot. The area around isn't the most exciting (except the super busy McDonald's drive thru right next to the building), but it's a nice 20min walk to the old town. Apartment is cute and has all the essentials one needs. It also looked quite clean. Would defs stay there again. "

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. We had the biggest queen bed ever and the kids slept on the sofa bed. The air con was working. Do bring your soap and shampoos,...

"Die Einreise war sehr koordiniert, der Vertreter für Schlüsselübergabe ist nicht ständig vor Ort, daher ist eine genaue Abstimmung erforderlich. Appartement ist ausreichend, es fehlt nichts. "We were really impressed with the property. Very modern and clean. The pool was amazing and the added bonus of a pool table and ping pong in the garden kept the kids busy, and don’t forget the bikes as well! Really enjoyed having an outside sound system too which made afternoons fun and created a great atmosphere. We would recommend and would stay again in the future. It was a 10 minute cycle down to the sea front or a 30 minute walk. There were a few beach front bars and a couple of restaurants….Moreta in Privlaka we would recommend. Thank you Kristina for keeping in touch and answering any queries we had. Thanks, Simon and family"
