Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI
This property indoors is extremely humid and damp, the carpet floors are sticky and wet, it is candidly very unpleasant. The room itself had a light puke smell, and was very dank. Feels like walking into a moldy room. I should’ve realized Hilton was low quality.

OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa
Very disappointed to arrive and the entire lobby closed off and fairly extensive renovations underway. We literally had to climb some bare wood stairs to get our wing of the building! I can’t believe this wasn’t made clear to me - especially paying standard going rental rates! Super frustrating.

Kaua'i Palms Hotel
Our room was quite unclean upon arrival, had a very unpleasant odor, lots of bugs and a couple lizards found inside. Poor quality especially for the price. Would not recommend.
