This complex is centrally located near golf, shopping and walking paths. From Hanalei Bay and beyond there is world class snorkeling, surfing, paddling, and beach combing - it is all very close at hand.
Lounging around the pool, or just cooling off while the kids play in their own little pool, paradise awaits you. We supply beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and a cooler at no charge. After a full day of fun, you can soak in the hot tub then grill a fine dinner. Relaxing on your own lanai, with the ocean in the distance, completes a perfect day as you watch the sunset.
When you come home from your daily adventures (parking could not be closer), you will enter your newly remodeled "home away from home." Inside you will find a living space that has been renovated from top to bottom. Relax in elegant comfort with new tile floors throughout the living area. Newly carpeted bedrooms await, each with an adjoining bathroom. Bathroom updates include new custom cabinets, granite countertops and more.
The new custom kitchen features new lighting, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances.

This place was so well stocked! From a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards, the condo had everything we needed to feel at home and really enjoy ourselves. The pool and hot tub were nearly empty all week, so we had what felt like a private pool. Property was well maintained, great location in princeville with easy access to beaches and Halanalei Bay. As others have said, the birds are very friendly.

Great location. Just like the pics. Kitchen well equipped and the pool just a short walk across the parking lot. Used the toys to go to the beach. Had a problem with the door lock (electronic so these things happen) but Kristin was there to work on it literally within 5 minutes. Lock was replaced. Would stay there again.

Location of room was good and pool snd jacuzzi access was great along with filtered water. Without AC we were required to purchase a larger fan to cool off the master bedroom and the sun facing room with twin beds was a hot humid box each night. I would love to return, but without air conditioning there’s no way that I could endure seven more days in the humidity of the apartment. But overall, it was a good vacation and loved the back porch .

Great Stay and Location

Perfect spot for exploring the North Shore of Kauai. Food and beaches just minutes away. My family also took advantage of the on-site pool and hot tub. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay here! The pool is just out the front door which made using the grill easy for us. Pictures in the listing are accurate to the condo. Close by grocery store and restaurants, just a short drive to Hanalei town too! Perfect lodging for our group of 4.

A lovely base for visiting some of Kauai's beauty spots

This condo is well maintained, very comfortable, totally clean, and well located for visiting the gorgeous beaches and other sights of northern Kauai. I would wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking for a two-bedroom getaway stay.

Heavenly Kauai Getaway

We have been to Kauai many time and stayed at many many places. Your condo at Ali'i Kai was the perfect little getaway location for us. The development was very nice but not too crowded. The unit was close to the pool and had a lovely patio overlooking a lush ravine and a little ocean view. We had all of the beach toys and kitchen gadgets we could ever need. We will definitely return!!!

Wonderful introduction to Kauai

The condo was perfect for our needs and in a wonderful location. Nice home base from which to explore the island. Grocery store and beautiful walking path nearby. Lovely back garden from the patio to watch the sunset. The manager was very responsive and helpful.

This is the perfect place to stay on your vacation to Kauai! The location is quiet, close to the best snorkeling on the island, the best hikes, the best sunsets, and anything else you could ask for.

THE Getaway!

Location was ideal, the beds were super comfortable after days with exploring (cushioning yet firm) and the unit's amenities made for a brief yet memorable stay. The benefit of a washer and dryer in the unit, clean clothing items while vacationing and returning home. The large patio doors allowed for the outside setting to come inside. 10 min drive - close to Hanalei for the beach, touring and food.

In a land called Hanalei……

Condo was great. Clean, well equipped. Nice pool near by. No ac….which was no problem with beautiful ocean breezes but the roosters were loud starting at 3am. After our first night the fans provided nice white noise!
