Enjoy a cup coffee on the large covered private deck during what you will definitely find is the best sunrise over the Pacific Ocean on the entire island! You'll find the beautiful coral reef lite up below while you enjoy turtles swimming in shallow waters below and whales breach out past the reef during the winter months. This beautiful penthouse has a great upscale Hawaiian feel, highly upgraded and the best place to dis-connect and re-connect with family and friends! The owners live here part time and are always making sure that their place in paradise is delivering only the best in experiences for their friends, family and guests. The pictures posted don’t do this gorgeous oasis justice. Every morning drinking a delicious cup of Kona coffee & watching the marvelous sun rise from this patio was breathtaking. The house was equipped w/all the amenities needed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer- snorkel & beach gear- we were set for our week in paradise. Spacious bedrooms, comfy-firm beds, bathrooms were grand. I can’t say enough about this spectacular home. Owners were super attentive & gracious. Would definitely love to stay here again & highly recommend the Princeville area. Tranquil & never busy. Absolutely loved our stay & can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful, well-maintained condo. Clean, tidy, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen, including ice packs in the freezer (a big help!). Large lanai with a fantastic view. Only suggestion would be a king size bed in the master bedroom. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay! John and Gail

This condo can’t be beat!
It’s no wonder this condo has only 5 star reviews! We had the most magical stay here - the views from the lanai are spectacular, the condo is incredibly well-appointed (including all of the beach/snorkel gear you’d want!), and had plenty of room for our family. Bill and Cathy provided so many helpful recommendations for eating, playing, and exploring in their guestbook too - making planning our days on the ground so much easier. The check-in/out process was seamless, and the location is also perfect for adventuring in all directions. Don’t hesitate to book! We will be doing it again ourselves :)
