Tons of drug addicts surrounding the hotel, unsafe to even go outside. Police roaming the area constantly was clearly not enough, people overdosing a stones throw away from the parking lot, screaming yelling at all hours of the night. Restaurant was expensive and the service was horrible, for example a bottle of wine you could buy at the liquor store for $20 would cost $55 and up.

I always stay here when I’m in Prince George. It costs 5$ now for underground parking, but definitely worth it.

The hotel was nice enough and the room was very comfortable. It's just a small thing but these things really annoy me. When I arrived The guy at the desk asked me if I wanted to park park inside or outside. I of course opted for inside. Why wouldn't I because he did not mention any charge. After I checked out I noticed they had charged me for the underground parking. I know lots of places charge for parking, although perhaps not in Prince George, I don't have a problem with that, but if you are going to charge for parking, you should be up front about it.

Really nice rooms, has everything you need. Room service would be a nice addition although I managed to order from the bistro, something as simple as a grilled cheese and tomato soup was over the top delicious.

It is downtown so there can be some unsavoury characters around. The underground parking is a nice option and I am glad they have it. It worth the extra.

People around the property sitting outside the entrance to the hotel who were acting strange. They have secured underground parking! Nice Bistro inside dinner and breakfast. Nice fitness room. Pool and hot tub. I would totally recommend this place. The front desk attendant was super helpful and accommodating.
