"This was an awful hotel experience. Our first room had not been cleaned, so we went back to the front desk to change. There was now a line to check in and the inexperienced desk agent made is wait in line even though we already did that the first time. Our second room was partially cleaned with old used soap in the shower and emptu small bottles of shampoo and other supplies. Then there was no Continental breakfast as was advertised. This was a lousey hotel with untrained and inexperienced staff and I recommend avoiding it as it is easy to find much better. "

"Honestly, I didn’t get a chance to read the reviews before coming. I figured I didn’t need a super nice hotel but something manageable enough for me to stay for the two days I’ll be in Virginia to tour a college. This was the absolute worst experience of my life. It was so bad I wasn’t even able to force myself to stay the night. They have stains all on the carpet, the pull out couch was so nasty and disgusting I didn’t even bother pulling it out in case there was roaches. The bed was the only decent thing in the entire building and even then I couldn’t sleep in it because the walls were dirty and so was the bed frame. It genuinely looks like a trap house rather than a motel/hotel. The smell of the room was so thick and smelled like straight cigarettes. The smoke and thick are was so bad I legit started sweating the first few minutes we were even inside the room. Tbh I don’t know why this is even an option for staying. It looks nothing like the pictures so don’t fall for the same thing I did."

"It was fine for a quick overnight stay. The room could have used some work and the fridge froze our water bottles overnight (not able to adjust temp), but the breakfast was good..not a full breakfast but make-your-own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, bread and English muffins to toast, juice/coffee so it was fine. I also checked for bed bugs in the seams of the mattress and that was clear! so I’d recommend for a convenient overnight."
