Overall, we were happy with the house for our beach get away. As for our experience with Tidelife, the experience was seamless. Great communication. Check in/out was so easy."

"Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely rent this home again! I wanted to share a few suggestions that could make it even better for future renters.The bottom door leading into the house swings the wrong direction, making it difficult to carry coolers, groceries, etc. in and out because you have to back up the steps. If possible, it should swing outward. All shower heads could also use replacing.I’d suggest adding a small 6’x6’ paver patio on the right side between the house and dune, facing the ocean, to provide a safe grilling area away from the house and driveway.I own a construction company in Columbia, so I tend to notice maintenance items. The decks really need resurfacing or new decking boards; several people got splinters walking barefoot. The kitchen sink was clogged when we arrived, and we did our best to unclog it midweek. An updated coffee table would also be a nice touch.The dock needs some TLC. The left side has sunk about 8” into the creek and has detached from the fixed pier. It also needs new decking and additional support to sturdy it up.None of these are complaints—just suggestions to help with future renters. We had a GREAT time! With a little TLC, I think this could easily be one of your top-tier rentals and better match the price point.THANKS for a great stay! If building the decks on the house is something that the owner is interested in doing have them contact me and we can work something out labor for rental days!"
