"Everything was wonderful, except the floors weren’t cleaned (cereal under a bed, grit and dust on most of the floors). Also the outside grill was filthy and a few of the kitchen saucepans and the oven roasting tray were dirty. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay enormously."

"The house was just as described. The sleeping and living spaces suited our needs perfectly. Each family had a bathroom with their bedroom. There was plenty of space to spread out downstairs, and for the children to play. The sunrises over the ocean each morning were glorious, and at night we all enjoyed viewing the stars in the crystal clear skies. On warm days we were able to spread out on the screened-in porch.We did experience a couple of problems, Several of us had to check in for work, and the internet was glitchy. When it went out for the second morning in a row, the management team scheduled the internet technician to come. Also, the upstairs thermostat did not work, leaving it hot on the warm days, and cold on the cold days. The management team offered to have an electrician to come, but we declined thinking the change in the weather would take care of it. Before renting it in the future, you may want to be sure that has been addressed. The management team was very responsive, always returning calls promptly.We enjoyed our Pawleys Thanksgiving and appreciated having this comfortable, well-situated house in which to make memories!"

"Loved this house- perfect for a family. Will definitely book again. The only negative was that the linens provided by a service were old and rough to the skin. The towels could be updated to thicker and softer. Otherwise, a great week. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want a reasonably priced place to stay with a very short walk to the beach, this is the place. If you want a really nice place to stay, this is NOT the place. Super short walk to the beach without being Oceanside. That is why we stay here. Probably the smallest and oldest house on the road. Appliances have been updated recently. Furniture is ok. Beds are ok. Kitchenware is a bit lacking if you cook, but manageable. Screened in porch is nice. AC is cold. Water pressure is a bit weak except in the outdoor shower. This is the house to stay in when you want to be at the beach. No frills place to eat, sleep, watch some tv, and then enjoy your super short walk to the beach."
