Highly recommend this house. Was beautiful and modern and has everything one could think of. We really enjoyed ourselves and had lots of space and things to do when in the house. Can’t recommend it enough. And the owner was fantastic to deal with. So easy and such a nice person.
It would be selfish not to share the secret treat that is Le Bon Vivant. The county is a lovely place to visit, but with the February freeze we chose to stay in. We enjoyed local wines and home cooking, rediscovered the joys of reading in front of a fire, played games, relaxed in the glass walled sauna as the snow swirled and at the end of the day, enjoyed movies on the cinematic 120" screen. On the recommendation of our hosts, we adventured out only once to discover the delights of the PECish Bakery. The house is bright and airy, yet cozy and intimate. The decor is tastefully minimal, but with all the lovely little luxuries at hand. Any concerns were anticipated or answered with quick and clear communications. We had a wonderful weekend; many thanks to the hosts of Le Bon Vivant.
We had a great stay. The property was excellent with lots of space for our family, quality furnishings and amenities and well located. We’d definitely return.
What a fantastic property! Perfect for our group. Beautiful open-concept home with lots of room to meet and eat. Owner was easy to deal with, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. This one is a 10/10.
The description does not do this property justice. Beautifully renovated home with all the amenities and space for all family and guests to feel like they are staying in a 5 star luxury hotel.
Our family had one of the best cottage experience at “that PEC spot”. You can tell the hosts put a lot of attention and detail into making their guests stay memorable and hassle free. Directions and instructions on how to use some of tech and amenities including the heated yoga studio, sauna and projector screen were extremely detailed, any question or concerns were responded to quickly. As for the property itself, the decor was extremely calming and welcoming a great place to relax and enjoy all the sunlight that pours in. The kitchen was equipped with 99% of what you would need, the hosts even provided local whole bean coffee for your stay, which was a nice touch. All bedrooms were a generous size and the beds were very comfy. We made use of the sauna and heated yoga studio which was thoughtfully equipped with yoga mat and mat towels (again the hosts thought of everything!). We also headed to the sandbanks Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the parking permits provided allowed us to obtain free parking for 2 vehicles. The beach was amazing and even for a weekend wasn’t too crazy. We enjoyed our stayed so much that we are already planning next year’s stay and making that PEC spot an annual tradition.
