Large Waterfront Home w/ 5 Ensuite Bathrooms

Please visit Fancie's PEC to learn more about this home and our amenities. Boutique accommodation located in Prince Edward County. Take in the gorgeous sunset views of the Bay of Quinte and make use of our 1 acre property that has a dock, firepit, and other outdoor spaces. All spaces shown in the listing are private to your group. A hotel-style set-up with the added flair of a waterfront cottage experience!

Please note owners/operators live onsite in separate apartment but do not use the areas shown/offered in this listing.

We are in a quiet rural neighbourhood at the end of our road, right near a local conservation area (~200 meters away). Get ready to see farm fields, cows, and potentially some deer!

Parking is free on our property when you stay with us and you will need a car to get around Prince Edward County and the surrounding area! We can also help refer you to tour companies or a bus driver if you and your group would like to all go out and fully indulge in the local breweries and wineries that PEC has to offer!

Five-Star Review: We recently stayed at this incredible VRBO rental in Prince Edward County, and it was nothing short of perfect! The space was ample and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay for multiple families traveling together for a hockey tournament. It has truly set the bar high for all our future tournament accommodations!The house was impeccably clean and offered everything we could need for a stress-free stay. The real luxury was the layout—plenty of room for the kids to spread out and play without feeling cramped, and the adults could unwind in peace. Each bedroom having its own bathroom and coffee machine was an unexpected but absolutely delightful touch.The location was also ideal, close enough to Belleville for quick trips into town, but tucked away enough to enjoy a calm and quiet environment.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be booking here again. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities!
