My room was good in the main building but one of the rooms in an outer building in my booking was not good. The wardrobe was disgusting and the hanging space was unusable.
I do think that the rooms in the annexes should be cheaper than those in the main building. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the bathrooms and kitchenettes which had all been renovated were excellent.

The room was styled and furnished beautifully, Gary & Peter have put a lot of thought into the inclusions.
Tea and coffee facilities available along with oranges to make freshly squeezed juice.
We booked the studio room, for the price I’d expect complimentary continental breakfast.
Gary explained the landscaping is a work in progress, this should be reflected in the pricing.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly check in and check out were easy. The buffet breakfast was fantastic plenty of food, first class. Loved the atrium bar the staff were great and you could order a great selection of food to eat.

The room was very clean, we were upgraded to a harbour view with a nice outlook. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts and dinner at the hotel restaurant, Tesoro, was excellent. Location was fantastic, near the piers, Salamanca, city, and ferry and bus services.
