On the phone we were told to come to the location, and they cancelled our reservation a few minutes before we got there and told us that they cancelled it because it was 'high season' and they wanted to be able to get more money. So we were left high and dry in a new city with nowhere to stay thanks to the owner."

"The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us."
