This hotel has a beautiful lobby...but to rate it 5 stars (as it rates itself) is going way overboard! (My room (709) needed bathroom ceiling repairs, for example.) The Mgr claims she has a hard time finding English-speaking staff due to the wartime exodus of Ukrainians. This made communicstion with the staff challenging. Inna, the restaurant hostess, was very pleasant and helpful. The bomb shelter, located near the sauna, had excessive water on the floor and towels and glassware...remnants of a party which had not been cleaned up...over a couple day period. I think many things could be improved in the hotel, as noted.

Location was the best part of the stay, Excellent and central to most everything. Front desk staff not friendly at check-in and usually made it seem like you were bothering them even though the place was empty, on site restaurant very expensive but good. Bartender was the exception as he was extremely friendly and helpful and I didn't even consume alcohol.

Mit ophold i år var noget længere ind sidste år. hele 15 dage. det var en forretningsrejse med lidt hollyday også. Elsker dette hotel. 15x morgenmad er ingen problem, den blev jeg ikke træt af. Skal jeg fremhave noget fra resturanten som er noget særligt så er det deres kaffe som smager framragende og så er det mulighed for et glas champagne, vodka eller congiac til morgenmaden. og så er det fra 8-11. kommer du 10 minutter i 11 sna du snildt spise færdig da intet bliver fjernet før sidste kvinde/mand har spidst færdig. De billeder som vises på hotel.com er tro billeder som jeg virkelig godt kan lide. der tales ok engelsk både i resturent og i receptionen. Et prisvenlig hotel med 5 stjerne. skal jeg komme med en bemærkning som måske kan trække ned foir nogle. deres wellness område er ikke så godt, så er det det man vil have så findes det bedre andre steder. jeg kommer tilbage igen!

Fremragende er ordet der dækker mit ophold. Mindre morgenmad buffe men der var rigeligt. Champagne, cogniac, og vodka hvis man er til en dram om morgen. Super service!! Dog er der ikke meget wellnes så vælg ikke hotellet hvis det er højt prioritet! Ligger blot 30 minutters gang fra strandproponadej og 20 minutter fra togstationen.

Awesome hotel for business,romantic,family trips!!

I visited to Odessa by job reason and this a hotel was a surprise for me . Over affordable Price !!! Friendly stuff !!! Very taste a Breakfast !!! A very nice location in a Odessa's city center !!! Sow nice a decoration and furniture!!! Strongly recommended this a hotel everybody for business, romantic and family trips!!!
