"First time using Vrbo. Arrived in resort after booking weeks in advance and couldn't get hold of host for access information. Once contacted on the phone told that there was no booking this weekend and she didn't list on Vrbo and hung up. 4 hours later contacting customer service they cancelled and refunded booking citing minimum age. I'm 44 years old. Had to find alternative expensive place to stay."
