"The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. Direttamente nel centro storico ( bisogna cercare di arrivare prima delle 19 per evitare che la ztl si attivi) colazione superrrr Consiglio vivamente anche ristorante “ la biga” a pochi passi, gentilissimo e molto preparato ristoratore( prenotate per tempo!!) "This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."
