"Welcoming staff, very helpful. The hotel is well located near public transportation. There are two things on the negative side, first, the mattress one of them needs to be changed and second thing, there was a smell in the bathroom, precisely in the shower ,maybe there was water damage, but it was a funny smell."

"I like the hotel, and its pool and breakfast are decent with reasonable prices. The only let down (which isnt really Hotel's fault, it's more Budapest in general) is the buses dont accept card payment yet and so the easiest public transport to the hotel isnt really usable for most tourists. (Bus 15) It will be helpful if the hotel notice guests on this or lobby government for this change. I thoroughly enjoyed a completely cash-free city break in Budapest, and hopefully next time we visited the hotel the bus payment system would have changed."
