Courteous, pleasing and friendly staff. Daily room cleaning was excellent. Excellent air conditioning during the red/ hot temperature wave. Balcony view to the Vatican roof top is a plus. Well located ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I travel a lot and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything and everything we needed. From airport transport, to the EU to US outlet converter I forgot, and everything in between. They were available and immediately responsive on WhatsApp at all hours of the day and truly made our stay in Rome feel like home. Aside from the amazing staff, our room was wonderful and very well appointed, and the location can’t be beat. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Rome.

"The room was clean but they did not replenish anything when they would clean. We went and asked for soap and shampoo and he asked for the room number and never brought either. Breakfast was the only advantage."
