"Regina had a snowstorm a a few days before we arrived. Snow was not cleared from the front door, nor the parking lot. I had my 80 year old parents with me and it was so difficult for them to walk into the hotel as there was so much snow, especially in front of the door. Breakfast was mediocre, not much variety compared to other hotel continental breakfasts. The hotel room itself was very nice, spacious and had everything we needed."

"The pet fee was reasonable, about $25.00. I did not stay for breakfast. Unfortunately I was woken up repeatedly by doors in the hallway opening and closing with a rattle everytime, and a woman’s voice also repeatedly in the hallway until about 1:00 a.m. It seemed the hotel was wide awake by 5:00 a.m. again with the doors banging away. The room was not the least bit soundproof to the hallway. I did tell the front desk in the morning that I was not happy and would not be staying there again. She just looked confused and said she didn’t hear anything and that she had been there all night. So if you’re looking for a good nights sleep before or after a long drive, I sure didn’t get one."

"Room was surprisingly clean! But very basic options. Only one set of towels in the bathroom to start (lol). Some updates done. But rougher crowd staying here and really is aimed at quick stops or for work trips. Would stay again for the price. But only short stays. "

"Communication with host was good, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay here in the future"

"Room wasn't cleaned properly upon arrival and once we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress was wet for some reason. Not damp but wet "
