"The suites are very inconsistent in terms of size and decor. Initially, we were given a tiny white box room 502, which is allegedly one of the suites. Luckily, this was changed to a different room, which is shown on their website as a suite. The furniture is pretty old and decor needs upgrading. Housekeeping was hit and miss, we didn’t have any on the third night, even tho we left the room quite early. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and genuinely tried to help with the issues we had."
