There was a washing machine but no washing pods left, even though when speaking to a lady in another apartment in the block (rented by Number 1) she’d been left pods. We’d been travelling for a month so needed a washing machine, which is why we’d booked this specific accommodation. Also, there are a LOT of steps up to the apartment, wasn’t a problem for us, but we met a elderly lady in the hallway who would not have been able to get to her apartment without our help. I still wonder how she managed when it was time for her to leave! I think this should be made VERY clear to potential guests, I can’t remember seeing this info when we booked. The actual location of the apartment was very good as very close to the bus station and only a short walk to shops & restaurants "

Once we got the information it was confusing and frustrating. The description on Hotels.com says there is an in room washer and dryer and there isn’t. There is a communal one down the hall. The check-out time on Hotels.com says 10:30am but the paper inside the apartment says 10:00am."
