"Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. "

"Great location for buses. Places is beautiful ,place is super clean bed is super comfy. All walkable with restaurants and shops around. Be prepared to walk 4 flights up stairs to your rental because there is no elevator . We would stay again for sure!!"

"Entry into building was dark, scary and very run down. Doors into building entryway also lock from the inside which is weird. Apartment itself was clean and nice enough for a quick one night stay, but had an overwhelming marijuana smell as soon as you opened the doors which we did not appreciate. Would look for somewhere else if ever in this city again. "
