"I stayed at this hotel from Monday to Sunday. The breakfast offered both hot and cold items, along with fruit and pastries, though the selection became repetitive after several days. The WiFi was also quite slow throughout my stay.The day before check‑out, I noticed several bite‑like marks on my skin. I reported this to the front desk and was told there were no available rooms to move to, but they could change the linens. At check‑out, the incident wasn’t mentioned until I brought it up myself, and the response felt dismissive. After returning home, I continued to experience delayed reactions from the bites. I contacted the hotel, but they stated that their inspection found no evidence of bugs. While I appreciate that they checked the room, the experience was uncomfortable and not handled with much concern."

"Hotel is in very good location and has a parking garage. The parking is paid per day but the nearby parking is very limited or the same price, so it's worth it. The furniture is older but in good condition. I did not like the breakfast options, there are fruits, eggs, ham, sausages, some fresh juices but no vegetables. Excellent fruits though. "

"Great small hotel right in the centre of Funchal. Comfortable room and nice breakfast. The Guest Relations coordinator, Carolina, is wonderful. She was so helpful, kind and patient. Listened to us and found the right tours and places for us to visit ant to eat. She is a total credit to the hotel. 🙏"

"Very good location near historic old town. A few minutes walk from the Aerobus (airport to town public transport) stop. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were all very welcoming and gave advice on local trips etc.... Glad we chose to stay here."

"We did not hear from the host after repetitively requesting information until we were outside our stay. There was no information packet, that most vrbos have concerning trash, where to leave dirty towels, check out process, anything like that. There usually is information about the area like where to eat, attractions, ecetera and there was none of that. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The neighbors were very loud. Even after required quiet times."
