"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. "Perfect location right next to Cabriolet ski lift down to Arc 1950 or very easy to ski direct to other ski lifts. Ski school pick ups very convenient. Spacious and well equipped apartments, with lovely views particularly on the West and South West/East side. The pool, sauna, steam and fitness room were great, especially if you avoided the busy period at the end of the day. "

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"We had a spacious 2 bed apartment which was perfectly situated for access to Montjoie telecabin and the amenities of Les Contamines. The building is new and was well appointed, the spa exceeded our expectation and we enjoyed the use of this throughout the week. "
