This 25m² apartment, located on the third floor of the residence, comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine/sloping ceiling area with a double bed (sloping ceiling area equipped with a safety net), a cabin area with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.

Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle buses are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-Sur-Arly. The residence is only 250 metres from the new swimming lake, which is open in summer.
You will have a designated outdoor parking space and a private ski storage room. The accommodation has a north-facing balcony.
