In the house: washing machine (for shared use), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Prato" 3 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. I would highly recommend villa Lucia a very genuine comfortable clean property An absolute pleasure to stay in.

Mooi huis, beetje gedateerd. Lieve eigenaar. Wel jammer dat de eigenaar boven je woont en dat zij, als zij weg gaan steeds langs het terras en zwembad moeten lopen, geen afscheiding. Went wel, maar blijft raar.
