The private kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. You will have exclusive use of air conditioning, a balcony with washing machine, workspace, Wi-Fi, and TV throughout your stay.

Just a 5-minute walk from Prato Serragli station, it's perfect for those wanting to explore Florence and the surrounding area. Florence and Pistoia are only 20 minutes away by train, while Montecatini is about 30 minutes. If you’re driving, you can park at the station’s lot, which offers reduced rates. Prato’s strategic location makes it easy to visit Tuscany’s art cities and reach the Versilia coast for the sea.
