"The location is excellent, although the hotel is a 20-minute metro ride from Plaça Catalunya. The hotel is a 4-5 minute walk from the metro entrance. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and on Sundays when it is closed, there are shops and cafes in the residential neighborhood by the lake across the road, a two-minute walk from the hotel. We had a problem with the safe in the room twice. In the end, they had to drill into the safe to open it, but they didn't clean the drilling chips, and it was dangerous to walk around barefoot in the shower with the chips on the floor from the drilling. Luckily, this happened on our last night at the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, the bed was large and comfortable, the housekeeping was excellent, they cleaned and tidied the room every day. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were able to order a taxi or get something to drink at any hour. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were extremely quiet and the bed was made up each day. One thing I might suggest is to add more towels to each room. We always felt like we needed more"
