"We booked this new hotel based on the great tripadviser ratings. But it turned out you can’t believe them. They have only two rooms which are complete, including fridge. Our first room had an issue with the front door (it was not possible to open the door), after complaining we got moved. The second room had no hot water (we came back at night), after complaining we got moved. The third room had no fridge, so they bring it from room one. "The guest house is in a good location for the train station, bus routes and Hua Hin nightlife. The hosts speak excellent English and are extremely helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. Definitely value for money. "

"We had a lovely stay at the farm and really enjoyed our time there. The cottages were simple in design but homely and well equipped. There are two cottages and a shared building with seating where breakfast is served. They all look over a small pond and are surrounded by the farm’s fields. "The Hotel was in the perfect spot to stay in central Hua Hin- close to the Market Village, a very short walk down a lane to the best part of the beach with all the food, coffee and bars. Easy access for Grabs and drivers. Friendly, pleasant staff. The rooftop pool has a nice atmosphere, quiet and not overstated. The staff are attentive with drink and food orders here. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Highly recommend for a simple, immersive stay in Hua Hin. "
