Contras: Os pedidos a parte de alimentação (almoço, jantar) precisam de uma organização maior. Não tive problemas pq pedi diretamente na recepção, mas dois casais de amigos tiveram problemas por terem pedido pelo whatsapp, pedido não foi feito na cozinha, atrasou os pratos... enfim, é um ponto pra melhorarem.
