The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is really well located for a combination of good views from the front windows, easy walk to the National Museum and to the old town too. Also close to Museum metro station. Room was clean and comfortable with a shower room en suite.

Excellent service, we had to make last minute changes, and they find the way to help us. We have great time, front desk people is amazing. The hotel is in a very good area, close to the train station and main Praha attractions. Wewill return in the future!

When we got there the staff were very welcoming and nice. We were walked to our room, which was wrong. Went back down to reception and was told the room we booked was not available ( deluxe with the view) we put in another and given drink tickets. The next day we went exploring and our things were moved into the correct room that was beautiful. We wish we had it for the two nights we originally booked it for. When i asked if there was a price adjustment i was told quickly that no because this had balcony. Was upset about that due to i did not book that room. Breakfast was great.

Misleading and not as described

First impressions on arrival were good, very welcoming, offered to carry our bags. Shown to our room and that's when things changed. The room I thought I had booked was not the room we got, pictures were different on their website, also massive health and safety issues with a grate in the room that we tripped up on 3 times the first night, concerning as this is next to the balcony door. We complained and we were told they would show us another room the following day and didn't seem concerned about the trip hazard. The next day no-one came to speak to us in fact we didn't hear from anyone throughout our stay, even when we checked out they didn't even ask about how our stay was. Hotel very dated, and needs massive improvements made, dirty in places. Breakfast was ok, good quality food but every morning they ran out of cups, crockery and food, you had to constantly ask for things everyday.

Charming, quirky and friendly.

The staff at this hotel can't do enough to help you. The place has got a charm to it. You get a free Prosecco to drink on the panorama rooftop, its dizzyingly high. No fridge in the room was a negative and my room was away from the main hotel up 3 flights of stairs, next to some private residences which was a bit weird.

This place is a dump, the photos shown online and Expedia are not even remotely close to the actual hotel. A lot of the photos are of the surrounding cafes/restaurants, the rooms look nothing like the ones shown online. Paying full 4 star prices for less than a backpacker hostel experience. Staff were good to deal with.

Convenient location, otherwise average

The location of this hotel was pretty convenient, close to the central railway station and Wenceslas square. The hotel could use some freshing up though. Floors were uneven and squeaky, tables were really wiggly and it would have been easy to accidentally knock over the lamps on top of them. Also apparently the hotel ran out of hot water just as I was in the shower and about to wash up all the soap and shampoo… My room was pretty noisy too. Also some of the staff could be a bit friendlier and more helpful.
