The property was very comfortable and roomy with 2 bedrooms that are quite separate from each other , allowing for privacy for guests . I really like the design . Kitchen is lovely. I recommend adding some carpeting in the hallway to dampen the noise. And check out in the web says 11 am while email from the company states 10 am check out . When I sent a request for 11 am check out , there was no response back. But I would stay here again and would definitely recommend the place to others . It is a very nice place and my family was very comfortable

The property was covered in black hair and had stains on the linen (brown and yellow). When telling the property manager they sent the cleaners who were very rude and blamed us for it (none of us have black hair). However the place was in a great location and well appointed. There is a lot of stairs so if you can’t use stairs I wouldn’t recommend.

Great apartment
Beautiful apartment. Brand new. The location is great. The only issue was the parking. The hotel doesn’t have available parking spot. We had to park in a near by garage, which it was expense compared to a hotel rates. If you want to book a hotel for a family group do not hesitate to book this one.

Our apartment was ideally placed near Wenselas Square, Prague. The building is set back in a mews so is quiet but central. The apartment is well presented and equipped and ideal for a short or long stay.

Fantastic apartment in excellent location.
We stayed in a wonderful one bed apartment. It was clean, and modern with good facilities, kitchen area with microwave, kettle and fridge. Bathroom had shower gel/shampoo, hand wash and plenty of toilet roll. We were emailed a code the day before arrival and had no issues getting into the apartment. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main sights. We followed the 'honest guides' you tube video showing how to get from airport using public transport, it brought us to just below our apartment, just had to walk a little up the road. So easy and cheap. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Great apartment in central location
Wonderful apartment in a very good location within walking distance of the Old Town and main train station. Took us a bit to find it at first, and would have been even better if it had a washing machine, but the apartment was in fabulous condition and we would still highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and spacious and in a perfect location. The toilet wasn’t flushing and was repaired immediately by a very nice man. Our flight was delayed and they were kind enough to extend our check out by a few hours on our last day. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Appartment nice. Communication poor. Had no check in instructions so chased, was told would be within 24 hours. Chased again when not received - nothing. On morning of arrival tried ringing number 8 times and kept foaling off after hold. Had to go to central reception, 20 mins away from hotel and then cart suitcases accross town. Lift also broke while we were there so had to carry pram up/down 3 (tall) flights of stairs!

The apartment was set in a block within a courtyard away from the main hustle and bustle of Wenceslas Square. A real oasis of calm! The aircon units were welcome as it was mid-30oC outside. We found it a really comfortable and well set out apartment. Would recommend. We walked everywhere from the apartment; the Castle, the riverside, the old town, the national museum etc.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at this location. What was not disclosed is that the apartment is on the fifth floor for us Americans, there is an elevator that goes to the fourth floor, and a set of steep stairs that go to the apartment after that. It’s difficult to get luggage up those stairs. Then when you get in the apartment, half of the apartment is on the sixth floor, accessible only by a steep spiral staircase. The only shower in the apartment is up that spiral staircase. On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms & a bath near the door -has a toilet/tiny sink, the main bath is large, but has only a tub with a sprayer. The upstairs bath has an actual shower. The apt is full of exposed beams and skylights. there is a microwave and an oven, there’s a tea kettle and coffee maker. The air conditioning works well. There is a security guard in the first floor of the building which is nice although I never felt unsafe anywhere we went in Prague. The apt is next-door to a pizza place in the same courtyard. We didn’t try it but it was there. After 9 PM or so they close this huge door that covers up the driveway/road to the courtyard and then a walk door opens in that big garage door type thing. Beware because it does not open all the way to the ground but is cut out of the big door, a trip hazard in the dark. Lots of restaurants and a time massage within a short walk on the main street. The train station is just a few blocks away. Old town is less than a mile easy walk

Situated in the center of action and yet very quiet. Brand new facility with comfortable mattress, bedding and comforter. Everything seems to be brand new. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. Great water pressure in the shower. Separate toilet room makes morning and evening routine that much more manageable. Just a great place to stay .

My family and I were very happy with our stay here. The only regret is not staying longer in Prague to really enjoy the city. The property is walking distance to all the tourist locations and there are countless dining options nearby. The place is very clean and safe. It is a furnished apartment and it was suitable for our needs. We had enough space for a party of 6 without feeling cramped. My kids enjoyed the bedrooms in the loft while my parents stayed in the main floor bedroom. The check in process is relatively simple. It is all done virtually. You will have to submit your passport information and names of all the other guests. Once that is finished, the property manager sends a code to enter the building and the apartment along with instructions for Wifi, etc.

Convenient Comfort in the Heart of the City
Property was an excellent value and fantastic condition. Quiet and comfortable right off of one of the Wenceslas Plaza. Written instructions on check in and property entry were very convenient and I appreciated having a 24x7 reception available if needed. We asked them to arrange a taxi to the airport for us and that was very helpful for our early early departure.
