Had a wonderful stay here! The room felt spacious, fresh and modern and it was great to have a fridge and window seat. Lighting throughout was also great. All staff were extremely friendly, proactive and helpful at every step and made me feel very at home. Whole atmosphere of the hotel felt high-end whilst also being comfortable and friendly.

Unfortunately the steam room wasn’t working and the spa receptionist was hard to find on the weekend. The rest of the staff was very attentive and friendly. Good selection of cold and hot breakfast items of very good quality.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous river view and window seat. We loved the breakfast and the bar. The location was great. Shower water pressure excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. An unexpected bonus: thermostats in the room that could be turned up, down, or off. We left ours off the entire stay (in February) because we like a cool room. We've had bad past experiences with rooms very hot and no control over them. Thank you for that!!!!! It made us very happy.

The room was huge, gorgeous and spotless. Beds comfy. Shower hot and powerful. The views over the city were lovely and enjoyed with a good coffee sat in the window seat. We loved every minute . The spa was fantastic - so relaxing. Staff were great and the hotel was very accommodating to special requests. The reception is staffed 24/7. We felt very safe and welcome. Piano music was playing when we first arrived which was just lovely.

A real gem of a find. Right next to the river and a 15 minute walk to the Old town. We walked to the castle too from this location and across to Wenceslas Square. Nearest metro was a 10 minute walk. Tr stop at the side of the hotel - goes to the zoo. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. I called reception for an ironing board which arrived five minutes later. Breakfast had a good selection, varied choice and was well cooked. Worth paying for. We had a junior suite as it was a very good price. Very large room and a bathroom with a bath and two showers. Double sink also. The sitting area is window seats overlooking the city or river. They were actually very comfy and nice to watch the world go by. The room was extremely clean and had a coffee machine and free mini bar that was replaced each day. Only negative (if I had to find one) was a slight rip in the curtain of the room but that can only be seen when you draw the curtain. It’s a lovely hotel and we will definitely use again if we come to Prague again. Good value for money.

Great hotel overall. Structure was a bit dated and windows could use a good cleaning but those are quite trivial comments. Bedroom was great and the view from 411 is lovely. Bathrooms could do with a slight upgrade though to reflect the rest of the room.
