Generally the hotel os good, excellent location, nice staff. The only downside is the room cleaning, the cleaner merely made the bed, failed to change the towels and vacuum the floor.

In the room, the air conditioner makes a terrible noise. The bed is uncomfortable and the TV is very small. The staff member at the reception was very nice.

Clean room, fantastic vegan restaurant downstairs, lovely view of the city. While some of the staff was nice and professional, other members had absolutely no hospitality skills. But the room itself was great.

Good location, clean, and safe. Nice restaurant, bedroom, and bathroom. The lift is a bit small and there is only 1 lift so it's a bit slow. But apart from that great value for money!

The location is in a great spot. 10-15 min walking to old town. The room were clean and staff were so nice and helpful. I did not gave a bad experience, only at mid night some guests were not thoughtful and talking loud in hall way and slamming the door. Overal everything was great. They also have a vegan restaurant and my room included with breakfast and food was great.

Nice but not boutique

A nice hotel but its not really a boutique hotel. There is renovations still ongoing. I had a lovely room on floor 3 but wifi was bad so had to move to a small cupboard room on the 6th floor where wifi worked. Breakfast is all vegetarian. Staff friendly.

Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is really well situated, easy walking distance to the main squares, metro, tram, and train stations close by. At times, the room was a bit noisy with noise coming from floors above.

The Salvator Boutique Hotel was good value and within a walkable distance from all the points of interest in the city. We never ate at the hotel as there are any number of cafes/restaurants nearby. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we decided to return to Prague.

Staff were nice and welcoming. Bedroom was nice however the bathroom is quite old and every time we returned to the room after it had been cleaned we saw silverfish all over the bathroom.

This hotel is further away from the main train station than we thought. Dragging suitcases on cobblestones is not fun. Get an Uber! Our room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a cart with shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries on.
