The location was amazing, right next to old Town square. The host was great with communication because we were given the wrong code to get into bldg and had to call her at 4:00 am. The bed was comfy. (Just know that the room was very small, bare basics). We enjoyed our stay in prague

The location is fantastic, the room is comfortable for a couple, and it has a mini fridge. The only downside is the shower, if you like a hot shower, you have to wait more than 20 minutes after your partner takes their shower to take yours. Apart from that, it was amazing, and the host was incredibly attentive and helpful whenever I needed.

Good place nearby to the main square at an affordable price. However, they did not let us know beforehand about any city taxes, and upon check-out when I rang for reception to sort this, there was no reply. Overall though, the apartment was clean and check in instructions were clear.

Unikt boende i historisk miljö.

Fantastiskt välbevarat hus i historisk miljö. Nära centrum men ändå tyst och lugnt. Trevligt ordnat med städning och byte av handukar, etc. Kommer garanterat att bo här igen. Tack!

Location, Location, Location! This property is just steps away from the main square in Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere, to the Jewish Quarter, the Charles Bridge and the Castle. The room is tighter than it appears in the photos. Not a problem, just really small. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint is that the room was not serviced over the weekend and we ran out of toilet paper. I always travel with Charmin To Go, so we were ok because of that. The doorknob on the inside of the door kept coming off. Only happened when you were leaving. (No doorknob on the outside of the door, only a key lock.) Be sure to ask how the keys work to get you into the residence so you don't have to keep buzzing the residents upstairs. We also could not get the tv to work. Not really an issue since we didn't spend much time in our room, but I like the tv on for noise when I'm getting ready. All in all, would probably stay there again. It was so convenient to everything and the bed was comfy.

Great location and clean

Great location, just off the main square, but quiet and clean. We stayed in the ground floor apartment, one room. The windows look out onto a courtyard with a restaurant, so shades are closed and there is not a great deal of ambient light. Bathroom was fine. This is a good room if you are planning to be out in Prague, you would not want to stay here in the room for long periods of time. We had problems getting the internet the first two days, but fine at the end of the stay. All cafes had easy access to the internet so this did not pose a problem. Did not use the TV. Plates and utensils fine and there is a refrigerator (small). Ate breakfast at the BakeShop, close to location, very good. Description said laundry facilities available - but they were not available in this room. Owner accomodated our needs. I would have liked to have the email address available on hotels.com for better arrival coordination. It is a somewhat difficult to find, but definitely doable. Overal: great location and clean.

Old Town Prague

The location is terrific although a little hard to find but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's quiet and quaint on a very secluded cobblestone street. The Old Town Square is about a minute from your door.

Se trata de departamento de un ambiente, muy bien equipado, y muy bien ubicado, ideal para usarlo de base para conocer la ciudad. Algo curioso: es que no hace falta pasar por una recepción: el huesped dispone de la llave del edificio y del departamento. La atención tambien es para destacar como punto de excelencia.

Fun Old City experience

Positive: Location. One block from Old Town Plaza. Quaint room. Fan for coolness during the heat wave. Contacted management and she met us with key. Negative: Road construction made access difficult. No A:C, but did have a nice fan. Segway dealer next door smoked and had a crowd outside the building entrance for 18 hours a day. They should make a deal for rentals!

Great location and a pleasant hotel

The hotel is great! The best part is the location, right in the center of prague, near the main square. The room is clean and cozy. The staff was friendly, they even brought us iron right away when we asked from them. We were a couple and everything was comfortable and great. Very nice stay.

Great location, but . . .

The plastic cover on mattress was very uncomfortable. The room on the ground floor was very accessible but tiny. It did have a little fridge, kettle and table. No room for suitcases! Room was spotlessly clean and warm during cold weather. The location was unbeatable, at the back of the Tyn. Quiet yet just outside our door and around the corner was the main tourist precinct.
