The property was beautiful and safe! It’s completely hands off (no reception on site) so you’ll need to be able to have access to cell service/WhatsApp to get the information to find your key, but it’s a great location! Will stay again!

The great experience started with perfect transfer from airport, the beautiful ancient architecture of the hotel appartment...like castle.....amazing great appartment with huge rooms and with every amenity you would dream ....two bathrooms wich is very important for large groops....small balcony ....and of course the lift wich make transportation of luggage easier......Prague experience was perfect....we will defenetly will come again!

We were in a an apartment with a sofa bed. my only criticism would be that there was a sticky area by the sofa when the bed was put away. We had to keep the bed out. apart from that. beautiful apartment, great location. would stay again. thanks so much!

Excellent place and location to stay when visiting Prague. Walking distance to all attractions. Don’t miss Petrin Hill for the best views of Prague. Took off one star for some of the minor annoyances. Kitchen table is not near a power source so it is impossible to work on it with a laptop. Provide extension… Drying rack for towels worked for one day and then stopped working. It would be good to have a “user manual” for the apartment, explain things like how to unlock the cooking range, etc. All in all, it is still an excellent place to stay and we loved it.

Communication was fast and available 24/7. The mattress, bedding, and towels were excellent. Luggage storage was easy at the hotel next door. Quiet air conditioning, great location, and a spacious, comfortable room. Fresh towels and cleaning were provided during my stay.

Room is nice. But you need to walk up stairs to reach the room or lift. And the air conditioning only available in the living room. The bedroom did not have any air conditioning which made the air very still that people with allergy rhinitis may feel bad.

Note that only some units have a washer and there are no laundry facilities either onsite or nearby. No noise from the outside but the people staying on my floor were loud, arguing in the hallway, etc...but that is likely a one off. Water shut off at one point but was quickly resolved (management is very responsive).

Super saubere und große Zimmer. Preis Leistung war 1A. Perfekte Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern (5 und 2 Jahre) wir konnten alles problemlos zu Fuß entdecken. Es war insgesamt eine tolle Reise, eine super schöne Stadt und die perfekte Unterkunft. Bäcker, weitere Frühstückscafes und auch Restaurants sofort um die Ecke. Insgesamt alles sehr unkonpliziert und empfehlenswert

Bra boende i ett centralt och trevligt läge

Bra lägenhet i väldigt bra läge i Prag. Lite spartanskt möblerad, sängen va ok men skulle fällas ihop om man ville ha en soffa att sitta i. Belysning under all kritik, avsaknad av punktbelysning. Hade varit trevligt om det fanns någon kapsel till kaffebryggaren, eftersom den inte tillhör en vanlig modell.

Ótima opção

Foi ótima. Realmente a parte mais chata é o depósito do seguro que é alto e demora a ser restituído, ainda estou no aguardo. O apto é otimo e bem equipado, a localização excelente. Tram 9 e 22 ao lado e que levam para o centro.
