A good comfortable hotel

A 3 day business trip, the hotel provided an excellent and convenient base. The room was comfortable and with good facilities. Breakfast had a good range of options, except on the last day when a number of the items had run out and were not replenished. This hotel is recommended

A 3 star hotel instead

It is rated as a 4 star hotel, but i can only rate it as a 3 star. Carpet in the room is dirty and furnitures are dusty. Only one electric plug available in the room and it is located in bathroom. No USB adaptors and it is a pretty old hotel in general.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful, pink building. The staff is fire friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are awesome—meat, eggs, cheese, fruit, baked goods. Exercise room equipment was somewhat outdated but it was good to have a workout mid-trip.

Pros: breakfast was good. The room has spacious. Cons: staff came across as rude. Hot tube was shown as an amenity but was 15 euros with limited space. Bed was weathered and rough. A bit far away from thongs but public transport is good.

Very central location and still quiet

We spent three days in the summer heat of July 2022. Air conditioning worked! The hotel was very close to the old part of town and close to the excellent transport system of Prague but still very quiet. Bed too soft for me, but husband and son were comfortable. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Good selection for breakfast. Reception staff helpful, supplied parking for our car right outside hotel. I would gladly come again.

Mooi hotel, personeel kan vrolijker, zijn nogal nors. Mooie kamer, wel toe aan nieuwe matrassen. Die zijn versleten. Badkamer kan ook een update gebruiken, douche kop moet je met de hand vasthouden tijdens het douchen, niet ideaal. De slang van de douche was versleten net als de douchekop.

Ottima posizione, e personale gentile. Se si prende la cena inclusa nel pacchetto, è previsto un menù fisso senza possibilità di scelta, ma la qualità è in genere buona. Discreta la pulizia, ma con diverse pecche. Buona invece la dotazione della camera e gli spazi.

Stannade en natt på hotellet. Hade bokat två rum, tyvärr hamnade vi långt ifrån varandra. Frukostbuffé var ok, saknade grönsaker till frukost. Fina gamla rum med heltäckningsmatta.

Nice hotel. Right off a tram line that makes it fairly easy to get to the airport. Nice staff & great service. Some great bars & restaurants in close proximity, without the overcrowding of the historic center.

Auch wenn das Hotel altmodisch eingerichtet ist, war es prinzipiell gepflegt. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Schade war nur, dass die Sauna defekt war und wir sie nie benutzen konnten.
