We enjoyed the most beautiful view of the Old Town Square Christmas market and watched the Christmas tree lighting ceremony from our open window! An added bonus was the view of the astronomical clock from our side window! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean! This was my 2nd stay in this room, and I'll definitely be back!

The location was walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. The views from the accommodation were impressive. The room itelf was large and offered air conditioning. The added use of a washing machine was a nice bonus on our long trip.

I will definitely stay here again! 10/10

We had the best room in the Old Town Square. We had our very own balcony, and visited during Easter week so we were able to people watch, and enjoy the festivities from our room. The building has a common eating room, kitchen, laundry, and is spacious enough for a family of 5.

Loved the location. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and large. Loved having access to a kitchen and laundry. I was worried about parking but we found a spot on the street nearby and could park there the whole time. We were able to pay on our phone. Very easy. Where our room was, it was not noisy. There is air conditioning so we didn’t have to open the windows.

Wonderful Stay at Prague!

The stay was really good in the middle of the action in Prague… just in front of the Prague Clock… the only watch out is to perform the check in at the Emblem hotel around 5 min walk from this place and is not elevator on the hotel so be prepared, on the day of arrival they help with a bell button guy with the luggage. Good hot water and a lot of space on the room… Overall everything with in walking distance!

Great location right on the old town square. We have booked hotels on the old town square before and were surprised that these did not have views of the square so if you wanted a view, be sure to pick a room with a view. The rooms were very big and seemed to be recently remodeled so that was nice. Having a free washing machine was a plus.

Great condo in the heart of the Old Town Square. Really enjoyed the space, and it had great air conditioning - important in the summer. It felt private and secure, and you had to enter through a restaurant to access the gate to the apartments. But every morning you’re steps away from the statues in the square. Would definitely stay here again. Only disappointment was we were staying in residences run by the Emblem, but they didn’t let us use the workout facilities or top floor jacuzzi in the main hotel. That felt wrong, but not much we could do about it. One small tip, there is no reception at this location. So you have to check in at the main Emblem Hotel. It’s not easy to take luggage through the cobblestone streets of Prague, so make sure you go to the Emblem main hotel to check in.

Room was spacious and clean. There is a lot of noise all night from the city and at times the restaurant. The location is very good but the noise comes with it and makes it hard to sleep.

Very good apartments in the great location. Clean and comfort. Few issues for improvement: 1) the keys are old and needed for 4 doors. There is only 1 key for apparent and few times one of us was stuck outside. 2) the keys are really old. I was afraid few times the key will be broken inside the door. 3) for checking in and out you need to walk to the main hotel. It’s not convenient with the baggage. May be some electric scooter or something can be used by bellman.

AC did not work well- portable unit that could not keep up with large room. Location is good but complicated registration with pickup of keys is quite aways away in a different lobby. Awkward entry as you have to walk thru a busy bar to enter or exit living areas. Drunk people from bar spilled beer on wife as we left one night. I have travelled a lot and this whole setup is awkward at best, bad at worst.
