À éviter.

Prise en charge des clés loin du logement. Pas de soin apporté à l'appartement. Mauvais rapport qualité prix : une lampe de chevet pour six couchages, pas de rideau dans une des chambres. Pas de lumière au-dessus du lavabo salle de bain aveugle. Un radiateur en fonction sur les quatre. Pas d'insonorisation escalier très bruyant. Désespérant sans charme ni confort.

Die Wohnung liegt doch zentral, in 5 minuten man ist in der astronomischen uhr oder karlsbrucke. Die Rezeption liegt 1,8 km weit weg von der Wohnung. Es ist nicht isoliert, man kann die Besoffener und das Musik vom Restaurant die unter der Wohnung ist, die ganze nacht hören. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer 2. Etage, ohne Aufzug, also, mit großem Gepäck kann schwer sein. Im Zimmer ist eine sehr gefährliche Treppe, wenn man mit kleiner kinder, alte menschen oder wenn man viel getrunken hat. Der spülhebe war kaputt, die Badewanne mit Schimmel, einer den Waschbecken getrennt von dem wand, und anderen hatte keine spiegel (bestimmt war auch kaputt)... also, nicht zu empfehlen

It was what I paid for. Clean, tidy, big enough for 4 easily probably more even though it was just me staying there. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to do the tourist thing instead of sitting around the apartment all day as there is so much to do and see in Prague

Le seul positif pour nous ( famille avec deux garçons de 14 et 10 ans) a été l’emplacement. En plein cœur de la vieille ville et proche de tous les sites à visiter. L’appartement est très joli, atypique. Cependant beaucoup de points sont à revoir; La cuisine; beaucoup de choses manquantes. À part des assiettes et des verres vous ne trouverez pas grand chose. Les matelas sont tachés d’auréoles de pipis au lit certainement. Des traces de sang également, idem sur les murs côté tête de lit. La salle de bain était sale, les toilettes sentaient mauvais. Le pommeau de douche fuyait bravement, l’eau froide au lavabo ne sortait que par un mince filet. Nous ne pensons pas être difficiles, mais franchement il y a des limites, surtout lorsqu’on voyage avec des enfants. Sur la terrasse extérieure une poche plastique entoure une lampe à nu qui ne fonctionne plus, très dangereux pour de jeunes enfants!!. Cela a fait sauter les plombs lorsqu’il s’est mis à pleuvoir.... Et bien qu’étant au deuxième étage l’appartement donne sur la cour d’un bar, ultra bruyant jusqu’au bout de la nuit! Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement.

Room for improvement!

Not very clean, lots of noise from people coming and going at night. One bed had its bed bottom fixed by duck tape...not very comfortable.. OTA is also in Berlin which was perfect in every way, also different apartments, So this was a disappointment besides a perfect location and great and friendly information prior to arrival.

Vil man bo centralt, var dette perfekt. Jeg havde dog forventet noget mere luxus, i forhold til prisen - og især i forhold til billederne af hotel og værelser! Det var 5 senge, hvide vægge og et køkken.

Excellent city centre location. 2min walk to the square. No air-conditioning or air circulation. Very uncomfortable with the 32°C heat. Windows opened but not practical due to lack of privacy and noise from basketball court. We made aware we would arrive for check-in in at 1100. We were then told the apartment will not be ready until 1500 so we returned at 1330 and was told it was ready. Communication could be better - staff could have emailed us to inform when the apartment would be ready. Overall, was a good experience.

The property and check in office are over a mile from each other. If you book this place like I did while In Old Town Square and then walk to the location listed on Orbitz, you will then realize you now have to walk more than a mile To get the keys and return to the place. That was annoying. The apartment I was in had two heaters but only one worked. The unit was right across the entrance on the first floor so I could hear everyone speaking loudly coming and going and the main door slamming. Aside from that, the location is great. You get what you pay for as these unit are usually cheaper than the rest.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Räume im Altstadt Charme. Leider war der Check-In sehr abseits und die angegeben Sprachen wurden nicht gesprochen, was zu leichten Missverständnissen beim Check Out führte. Die Unterkunft ist aber eine Weiterempfehlung wert!

Näköala joelle ja näkymä Prahan linnaan ja vuorelle upea. Liikenneyhteydet olivat hyvät kaikkialle. Hotellin vastaanoton henkilökunta oli kielitaitoista ja avuliasta. Vaikka vastaanotto oli kaupungin eri puolella, helpotti tilannetta, että järjestettiin taksikuljetus ensin reseptioniin ja sieltä majapaikkaan. Taksinkuljettaja auttoi asunnon löytämisesssä.

그럭저럭 넓은면은 좋고 숙소 1층이 술집이라 늦게까지 시끄러워요. 시설은 낡고 청결도는 보통 테스코랑 역이랑 하벨시장등은 가까워서좋아요. 하지만 체크인해서 키받아오는곳이 도보로 30분은 걸리는게 최대불편한점입니다.

Centralt läge men det är allt.

Incheckning är 20 minuters gång från lägenheten. Extremt dåligt och flera gäster gjorde samma misstag. Lägenheten hade påtaglig mögeldoft vid duschen. Tyvärr saknades AC och temperaturen i lägenheten blir 30 grader eller mer på sommaren. Man måste ha fönsterna öppna men då är det omöjligt att sova på grund av att man bor ovanpå en bar och fulla människor för oljud ute på gatan till 04 på morgonen. Varmvattnet slutade fungera flera gånger och jag fick starta värmen själv några gånger. Lite irriterande om man vill duscha på morgonen. Läget i stan är helt perfekt. Det är det bästa med lägenheten men det är bara det som är bra.

La ubicación y el departamento muy buenos; pero resultaron ser unos LADRONES, les pagué una van ida y vuelta para que me lleve al aeropuerto y la de vuelta nunca apareció (me ofrecieron ellos el servicio por mail). Así perdi 77 Euros y otros 70 en taxis (éramos 6) y todavía no se dignaron a contestarme el reclamo.

Tilava asunto vanhassa kaupungissa

Sijainti oli aivan loistava ja melko läheltä pääsi ratikoilla kulkemaan lähes kaikkialle. Huone oli todella tilava. Kovin puhdasta ei kyllä ollut ja puutteita esim. (suuressa) kylpyhuoneessa; ei mitään pyyhenaulakkoa, suihkulle tai wc-paperille telinettä jne. Myös valaistus oli aika hämärä, lukuvaloa kaipasin. Muuten varustus ok, keittiö ja tv. Meneillään olevasta julkisivuremontista ei mainittu ennen matkaa (10/2017) mitään. Huoneiston lähinnä oleva ravintola oli hyvä, palvelu sekä ruoka hyvää. Mennessä otimme kuljetuksen ja se oli oikein kätevä, kun sai hoitaa toisessa osoitteessa tapahtuvan sisäänkirjautumisen matkalla ja kuski katsoi, että pääsimme sisään asti. Lähtiessä avaimet sai jättää huoneistoon.

roomy apartment but needs holder for shower head

It is awkward that you have to go to a different location to pick up keys and checkin. We had no water for first few days but the morning after we rang in the problem we had a plumber out who resolved the situation. Great location and apartment was fine. Pity they did not have a shower holder as had to hold the shower head to wash. Apartment was good and roomy
