Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs that may cause many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Clean towels (1 large and 1 small per guest) and bedding

Hair & body shampoo and hand soap

Dishwashing detergent, sponge, paper towel

Toilet paper (minimum of 2 rolls)

The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. All necessary instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

Please follow our house rules, take good care of the apartment, and respect the neighbors. Violating house rules will result in termination of the rental agreement.

After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.

Check-in starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in depends on availability.

The apartment has a keyless self-check-in system. All instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out depends on availability.

Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.

Follow the instructions for trash disposal and proper use of the apartment's appliances.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
