Perfect stay, perfect view
Loved our stay, particularly the stunning view of the museum. The staff were very lovely and the location was very central. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Prague was amazing and loved the city. The hotel was a bit disappointing, supposedly 5 star. Uncomfortable bed, tv intermittent, Smokey smell, rough towels but breakfast was nice, staff were really friendly, great location.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel !! More likely 3 1/2 stars Front desk does not know anything about VIP gold status rewards. They came to clean my room after 4:00 pm ! Breakfast area is very small & too many people- the breakfast is average
