The room was small and the bed was situated in a tight space so you had to crawl in and out of the bed. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Brilliant hotel with everything you need.

Easy check in with kind staff. The location of the hotel is amazing! Perfect walking distance to the old town square, metro, tram, buses ect. Clean hotel with comfy beds. The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the hallway but perfect for travellers who don't mind this! I would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to old town Prague

Prague is a beautiful capital city but the old town area is a maze of small streets and this hotel is walking distance to everything in the old town. The staff were very helpful and I was pleased about my upgrade.

The hotel was charming. It was clean and the staff super helpful. Check in was easy and the staff helped us with all transportation issues as well as suggestions for getting around the city and tours. It is not a property however if one has any physical handicaps. Rooms are small with steps and can be difficult to get to. Overall, we loved it.

The Metropolitan is in a very central location surrounded by a hip neighborhood. We have stayed here four years ago and it isn’t as good as it used to be, but still worth for being able to reach all parts of the old town just by foot. The breakfast is varied and good value. The rooms have seen better days, but are clean and warm. It would have been nice to get a fresh supply of shower gel every other day maybe.

Honest hotel

After checking out, I Received a message from the hotel saying I had left my iPad at the hotel! I didn’t even realise! Thankfully my friends were staying an extra day so they collected it for me. Nice honest hotel. Will recommend to all others if visiting Prague. Thanks again!
