Service, while mostly completed, was often done slowly or incompletely for several items that needed tending to.
The hotel was very generous at the end of our stay by crediting us 10% of the bill.
The issues were: Washing machine door was broken, light above the stove was broken, did not wash our clothes properly and left them smelling of mildew, kitchen had no cooking utensils other than knives, there were broken knobs that controlled the stove, shower door silicon strips that were falling off, wi-fi was often slow and a couple of other things.
I will say that the technician and reception staff did try to accommodate us with the problems as much as they could, but in the end, the apartment should have been of a higher quality to begin with.
