Clean and spacious apartment. Equipped with kitchen and washer and 2 bathrooms. Good location.Keep in mind that this is also located on a busy street, lots of noises specially early in the morning. We had to call cops and building manager while we were there. 3 guys were trying to get in the building around 4 am, they kicked the door many times. It took a while for the cops to come. They showed up together with the building maintenance personnel and left. They never fixed the damage to the door and secured it for the remainder of our stay there.

It was a lovely property. The apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped, warm and centrally located. It would have been helpful to have 2 sets of keys but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague. We hope to visit again.

What could have been a great apartment was really disappointing - we stayed in a Superior apartment (403) and both beds were broken and the mattresses thin and compressed so very uncomfortable. The bedspread also had blood on it. The gas hobs ignition didn't work as it was missing and the hobs extractor fan was broken. The safe didn't have a key so we couldn't use it. I contacted reception about this but was fobbed off each day that a technician would come and no one ever came - they obviously do this for a couple of days and then you're gone and they don't have to pay for any repairs. It was obvious these weren't new issues - extremely disappointing. The good things were a good sized apartment, the transfer I arranged through reception to/from the airport was excellent and worth the 50 euros. We loved Prague and would recommend it for a family break, lots to see and do.

Close to City Center
The airport is roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils but not seasonings. The A/C did not work but was not necessary. The bathroom is well stocked with soap and towels, a hair dryer, and washing machine. Brush up on your Czech to know how to operate the machine. No directions in other languages was provided. Laundry detergent was provided as well as a rack to dry said laundry. The bed was not comfortable, old and sinking in the middle. The furniture was old, dirty looking and sometimes broken. The apartment is blocks from the city center and most of the touristy areas. There are places to eat around the apartment but they have late opens or don't always follow the posted hours. They will hold your luggage until 5. A late arrival is fine if you don't mind getting a key from a coded box.

Stay was good. Loved that they had the washing machine and heater in the toilet as well so clothes were able to dry quicker. Place is not too far off from train station and old town but there's a tram/bus stop nearby if you need them. Prague has a 90min transport ticket that can be conviniently used for these purposes - just buy onboard.

Awesome Stay with Family
We visited Prague with my family over couple of days and we have stayed at Lovely Prague Apartments. The team helped diligently even though I arrived Prague around 18:30 which is out of their working timeslot and I checked in without problem. The correspondence was crystal clear and team instructed every detail very carefully through mail. Apartment was quite clean, had no undesired issues during our stay in Lovely Prague Apartments. Location is top and we arrived each touristic spot by feet. We have used cab for several times, but the location is very helpful that you pay very little even you travel a lot by car.

The apartments are well designed and neatly kept. The location can’t be any better in my view with easy access to the metro system and main traffic roads to take you by car to the airport. I would have given a close to full score if it wasn’t that the WiFi was absolute crap, way below what you should expect.

Nice location on a one way street near supermarkets, the Palladium shopping centre and a short walk into the heart of the old town. The apartment I stayed in was on the 5th (too) floor & the building has an elevator. Communal areas were ok and I felt safe in the building as no one can enter without a key or they must be buzzed in by another apartment. The apartment had very thin curtains which means the sun shines through quite early every morning & wakes you. Not ideal. The air con unit in the bedroom was broken, again not ideal but reception arranged for me to have a fan for the duration of my stay. There was an array of plates, pots & pans, glasses etc. No tin opener or scissors which would have been useful but minor. There was a dishwasher with tablets & a washing machine with washing powder which were both unexpected additions ☺️ Sofa incredibly hard & uncomfortable but it did turn into a bed. Small tv by the kitchen table. Didn’t use it as poor position & small size. WiFi never worked in the bedroom and was patchy at best in the lounge which wasn’t great when I was trying to work or make calls. Lots of noise in the day - loud music from other apartments - could even hear people using the bathroom in other rooms (floor below maybe?) so better soundproofing needed. Bed was very cosy & slept well every night Lots of drawers but no wardrobe which would have been good. Shower was good size & powerful enough. Reception were accommodating & helpful.

We had an excellent stay at lovely Prague apartments! We chose the apartment because of the location and price. We thought the apartment matched all description and pictures provided on hotels.com and it exceeded our expectations as far as decor, comfort and cleanliness. We thought the rooms were very large, bright and cheerful. The beds and sheets were very nice and comfy. We had zero complaints as far as the apartment goes. The only minor setback we had was finding the check in location but that was mostly because we saw a hotel check in sign and assumed it was for lovely Prague apartments. We just needed to go a little further down the street. The people at the other check in we're also nice and stated that many people get confused finding the check-in so maybe some different signage from the street would be helpful. We parked at the Palladium mall and it was an easy walk to the check in location and apartment (even with bags and baby in tow)

Cleaners were in everyday, when we checked in the receptionist gave us a map and marked all the landmarks and even told us about small markets and supermarkets for are shopping. Let’s us keep our suitcases there after we checked out so we didn’t have to carry them around the city. Amazing would stay here again and will be recommending to my friends.

Convenient, roomy, but lacking in some amenities
The Lovely Prague Apartments are very well located for a walking visit to Old Town Prague. I walked for nearly 20 miles in the four days I was there. The one bedroom apartment I was in had been redecorated and is quite comfortable. But, there were several problems that should have been dealt with: 1) there was a microwave, but no receptacle to plug into except a counter right next to the sink, plus there were no instructions for where to find the start button; 2) there was no lighting over the sink or in the corner where the cabinets were; 3) the lighting in rest of the apartment was fairly dim; 4) there was no dishwasher soap or paper towels. Because my plan was to only eat breakfast there, I ignored most of these problems. However, someone who is renting the apartment with the intention to cook in it, be aware of these deficiencies.

Nice, spacious that apartment needs a bit of TLC
Service, while mostly completed, was often done slowly or incompletely for several items that needed tending to. The hotel was very generous at the end of our stay by crediting us 10% of the bill. The issues were: Washing machine door was broken, light above the stove was broken, did not wash our clothes properly and left them smelling of mildew, kitchen had no cooking utensils other than knives, there were broken knobs that controlled the stove, shower door silicon strips that were falling off, wi-fi was often slow and a couple of other things. I will say that the technician and reception staff did try to accommodate us with the problems as much as they could, but in the end, the apartment should have been of a higher quality to begin with.

Great large serviced apartment. Awesome location with less than 10 min walk to main square. It's on a quieter street away from all the crazy parties. apartment is modern and has all the utensils provided along with basic toiletries. Cleaned daily. The beds are great - this was the best quality sleep we got on our entire trip to Europe.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lovely Prague Apts. We rented a 2 bedroom which was spacious, had great amenities including kitchenette that had most everything you need for preparing basic breakfast, boiling water. Bedrooms were large. Our apartment had a rooming main bathroom and a separate smaller half bath (toilet and sink). The include washing machine was nice to wash clothes. No dryer by the drying rack provided works well since it was quite warm and sunny in the place. We really found the location to be extremely convenient to the metro station as well as all the major trams. You can take a 15 minute walk to the main Old Town Square. There is a bank close by for exchanging money. We found the shopping mall Pallidum to be VERY close by which was helpful for doing some grocery shopping at the Albert grocery store at the "minus 2" level of the mall. If you have stollers and small kids the elevator in the mall goes down to the metro station. Would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay.
I’d definitely recommend this apartment. It was a good size, 2 double bedrooms and separate lounge area and a big bathroom. The area is good for shops and close to the main square. 15 min walk from the airport bus stop.

Just wished somebody was present to show you inside the apartment and all the amenities, with the reception across the road it wasn’t like you could ask someone immediately. The transfers to and from airport was not a good experience. The driver could not speak very good English and he did not know where he was going, we didn’t even get a lift back to the airport as no timing was made and so had to pay more money , this was not a good experience

Terrific place for three adults! Lots of space. My adult daughter had the living room rollaway and we still had lots of space to move around. Well equipped kitchenette, lovely bathroom, beautiful decor all in a convenient location. We were a little worried about check in/check out at a different location, but it was super easy and nearby. We had to leave for airport at 3:00am, and were able to just leave the key without going to the other location. The only weird thing was that a guy came by the last night and said “safe?” “Safe?” We did not know who he was or if he was asking us if we were safe(?) but he made it apparent he wanted to come in and see the safe in the bedroom. Since we couldn’t really communicate with him (we only speak English), it was a little unnerving to let a guy in who didn’t show any I.D. Or have a Lovely Apartments shirt or anything, but my husband went with him and watched him change or clear the electronic lock on the safe. I would definitely not have let this guy in. It really is a great place. Would definitely stay again!

We have high hopes for this hotel since the interior looks well designed and the overall highly rated feedback. But we were very disappointed upon arrival to find that 1) wifi did not work 2) no hot water in bathroom 3) no amenties at all despite it being a 4 star. With this problems (since our sim card supports only data) we had to walk all the way back to the reception (reception located elsewhere is a big problem when you have room issues). The staff apologized for the inconvenience but she was noted of the wifi and boiler problems before our arrival yet she did not mention until we reported not ok. She explained that there are no amenities since it is an apartment rather than a hotel She was quick to suggest us another room and we had to pack up our things to go to another floor. Room is bigger with two bathrooms and bedrooms YET there is no air con, only 3 fans (but later we found out that 1 did not work). We took the room still since hot water was more important. Lights did not work the first night we were there and the lobby and hallway were very creepy. Wifi siutation was only sorted out the day after. I would expect that a much better staying experience with functioning wifi and boiler for the price i paid for.

The apartment complex is located in the downtown area, we had a TV and wifi issue for almost a day, also we requested a taxi (which it was confirmed by the front desk) and turned out this was not done so we had to call a taxi at the very last minute.

The apartment on first glance is lovely and is in a great location, close to everything, but overall not a great experience. I was there for three and a half days, and most of the time I had NO hot water. I only got hot water when I contacted the main desk, and they would turn the hot water on for an hour or two, then it was back to cold water again. Also, the dishwasher was not working. Next, most of my food that I put in the fridge spoiled, as I realized later that the setting was too high and all my food froze. Also if you choose this property you need to be aware that they do not provide dishcloths or bowls, so I had no way to wash my dishes and I ran out. Overall not a pleasant experience. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care. So based on this, I would not recommend this property.
