I always come back to this hotel. Transport is around the corner, there is a shopping centre near-by, everybody is very friendly, all is clean, breakfast is amazing.This time I had a problem with TV and partly with aircon, but next day all has been solved and received small discount as well. Very goodservice. I will be definitely back.;)

Poor noise isolation

Every thing up to par, except the noise isolation, you can hear the conversation from the next room. Also, the noise from children running in the corridor some times annoying.

Family room is a bit small but clean and silent (if you disconnect the fridge). You cannot open the window (for security reasons) but air cannot be refresh. Breakfastis good with plenty of choice but make sure you go early otherwise it can be busy. Coffee is good but the machine did not work every time. Overall not bad but I will not come back here (hotel is too busy)

Watch your personal items

The place is nice and in a good location. The only thing, and it’s a big one - the housekeeping either stole or threw away a bag of packaged food we had brought, that had several items in it. It was on the desk in a bag, nowhere near the garbage can. After some negotiation, the desk staff did compensate us with meals at the restaurant. But the items should not have gone missing in the first place.
