Nice hotel with great service.

Very nice hotel with very central location on the mala strana side of Prague. Very basic and not super luxury but very nice taken the price into consideration. Special thanks to Richard who really understands customer service and is a friendly, welcoming and hospitable person. Thanks to all this I will stay again.

Hotel William

Příjemný pobyt, velmi ochotná paní na recepci, dobrá snídaně. Vynikající poloha, nedaleko ke Karlovu mostu i na Petřín. Pokoj nevelký, avšak pro turistu, který stráví většinu dne ve městě, naprosto dostačující.

La posizione era strategia in modo tale da poter visitare tutto il quartiere 1 tranquillamente a piedi poi se volevo potevo prendere i mezzi pubblici per spostarmi negli altri quartieri più periferici. Camera accogliente calde, personale qualificato, colazioni internazionali.

Richard was so kind & so helpful!! Carried our bags and all . His English was perfect. Parking is easy and priced cheaper than most Hotels. Breakfast was wonderful!! Only negative is it’s noisy!!! The tram goes by every 15 minutes or more. Again all staff was sweet!!! For the price i would recommend just bring earplugs!!

best location!

Amazing location. Walkable to basically everything in the city! The front desk staff was beyond amazing answering my 100 questions, they made the stay incredible. Great free breakfast too!

Minha estadia foi boa, considerando a localização do hotel. O café da manhã é excelente e o serviço de concierge é maravilhoso. O Pessoal é capacitado, fala bem o inglês e orienta bem o turista. O Houssaim é o atendente mais prestativo que já conheci. Resolve os problemas de troca de quarto com rapidez, orienta sobre câmbio e tudo o mais da cidade.

Access to rooms is questionable.

Good location. The only thing wrong with this hotel is the weird access to rooms. If you have heavy luggage, then better avoid this place because: when entering the hotel, you need to climb one floor to reach reception. In order to take the elevator, you need to climb yet another floor. If you are staying on the 5th floor, the elevator only takes you to the 4th. Guess what's next? You have to climb another floor to reach your room!

Séjour de 2 nuits

Nous avons passé un week-end dans cette hôtel, situation géographique excellente, à proximité de tous les à visiter. Concernant l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner était pas exceptionnel et nous avions pas beaucoup de choix sucré. Sinon la chambre était correct et le lit confortable. Pour un séjour de courte durée je recommande l’hôtel william.
